Don't you hate when you find the most perfect item, yet it just doesn't really fit the season? That's exactly what happened when I discovered this amazing jacket a few weeks ago. I loved it, but knew I wouldn't be able to wear it very often with the temperatures climbing each and every day. Despite this, though, I bought it anyway and have practically been living in it ever since!

Sometimes I will find a piece that is worthy of building an entire outfit around it. That is precisely the case with this amazing varsity jacket I scored from Forever 21! I'm not big on animal prints, but every once in awhile an outfit that is overloaded with them just falls into place. I found this jacket at a local thrift store and seriously debated buying it for at least ten minutes. I just didn't think I would wear it enough, but since it was only two dollars, I went ahead and bought it. Now, I'm so glad that I did!

I found this dress buried in a clearance bin at Old Navy over the weekend, and when I did, I almost screamed! The blue details are so beautiful, even more so in person, and the fabric is so thick and such great quality. I just knew this was a piece I would truly treasure. Don't you love when that happens?

I was once told to never wear more than one thrifted item at one time. Well you know what I say to that? As if! I love thrift stores and I really love it when I can rock head to toe thrifted items. It gives me so much satisfaction when people's eye bulge out of their heads after hearing that I only paid upwards of three dollars for my whole outfit. I say, if you've got em, flaunt em!

If you remember this post from a week ago, then you'll recall my obsession with the romper I had found at Target. I was so obsessed, in fact, that I went back and bought it in a different color! It fits great, it's super comfortable, and it can be dressed up or down. I highly recommend snatching these babies up before they're gone for good!

When it comes to fashion, I'm a huge fan of mixing unconventional pieces together. I found this dress at H&M during my trip to Santa Barbara over the weekend, and fell in love with the Eiffel Tower print. I knew I wanted to mix it with gold accents to match the gold zipper detail on the back, however, I just wasn't feeling it with my basic gold flats. I went out on a limb and threw on my brand new gladiator sandals and absolutely loved the outcome! What do you think about this odd pairing?

Nothing beats a nice casual and comfortable outfit to help beat the Summer heat. Last weekend, I was fortunate enough to attend the 21st Anniversary Casa Pacifica Wine, Food & Brew Festival with my aunt and a friend. It was definitely one of the most fun things I've done since moving down to Los Angeles. Obviously, what could be bad about unlimited food, wine, and beer? Did I mention that we took a limo with a hot tub in it to the festival? The whole day was absolutely incredible! If you live in the LA area, I highly recommend attending next year!

I found this romper at Target the other day, and absolutely fell in love with it. I usually can't pull off rompers because of my short torso and long legs, but this one nicely accentuates my long legs without making my body appear disproportionate. How do you feel about rompers?

I know I've mentioned this already, but I absolutely love thrift stores. Where else can you find absolute gems for such a low price? I scored this beautiful sheer top at my local Salvation Army for under two dollars, and I am obsessed with it! I love sheer clothing, and this piece is definitely no exception.
