Haute Sauce: Forever 21

One of my favorite things to do in Summer is explore around town and find unique places to have picnics and hangouts with friends. I had heard about a really cool and kind of creepy old stage located inside one of the city's largest parks. When we arrived, I just knew I had to snap some pictures! Sometimes when I go thrifting, I find a few things I like, while other times I come home pretty empty-handed. But sometimes, I find a piece that I am absolutely obsessed with! This was definitely the case when I pulled this top from an endless wrack of clothing at a local thrift store. I am beyond obsessed with the stripes, and adore the bow at the top. It's just a reminder why I will always love shopping at thrift stores.

Is it odd that I absolutely hate insects in real life, but find insect printed clothing to be extremely chic? There's just something about it that I love. After a busy holiday weekend, the last thing I want to do is get dressed up with heels and "fancy" clothing. That's why when I got dressed this morning, I threw on my most comfortable sweater and simply threw a head wrap on so I wouldn't have to worry about styling my hair. Whoever invented headbands, head wraps, etc. is totally a genius, by the way. So, how do all of you like to dress after a long holiday weekend of dressing up?
