Nothing beats a thrifted top that looks way more expensive than it is. I purchased this top at my local Salvation Army for only one dollar! The fabric is quite lovely and gives the illusion of a pricey designer piece. I paired it with my favorite pair of high-waisted white pants and silver accessories.
