I used to cringe at the thought of wearing velvet. It reminded me of the horrendous black velvet pants I was forced to wear back in my elementary school choir days. However, I have slowly added select velvet pieces into my wardrobe, and I am learning to absolutely love it. The texture feels so luxurious, and it can really add a nice pop to an otherwise simple outfit. How do you feel about velvet?
